Now that 3 Grower/Processors have received the green light from the Pennsylvania Department of Health's Office of Medical Marijuana, it is just a matter of time before medical marijuana is available for sale to patients in Pennsylvania.

In anticipation of the industry's generation of income, the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue has created Form REV 1810, for the reporting of medical marijuana gross receipts. The form can be found here.
